Decided to spice up this drab dorm a bit so it will be more exciting to play with for me 😸
In the middle of furnishing the contemporary dorm I was planning to use, I got stumped because I made the mistake of using very wide spaces and had trouble filling those up.
Since the University Pack has already been released then, got too excited and started playing using my Zombieland Saga sims for now (later the Stranger Things kids as mentioned in my other video).
Struggled to get scholarships and managed to enroll them in villainy! 💀
Then it was time to choose the dorm: although there's an option to live off-campus and use the contemporary dorm the zombieland girls were in, heard some reviews that I would miss out on some interesting things if I don't try out one of the campus dormitories.

Since I've seen most people choose Drake Hall, I decided to choose Wyvern Hall (but they both have the same layout, just different swatches on their furniture :P
And oh boy was I shook at these open showers-- on top of being a co-ed dorm!
Maybe it's normal in other parts of the world, but here in my country (PH), if it's a co-ed dorm, ladies and gents have to be in separate areas or wings of the dorm and they have their dedicated communal bathrooms. Also I lived in a dorm my whole high school life and even if it's an all-girls school and dorm, our showers still have curtains. The only time showers are open like this are if they're in the swimming pool area.
Hence, my shock.😂
Also I wanted to add more interesting common areas because I don't have extra time to renovate Britechester's pub the way I plan it to be (glow-in-the-dark anime lounge area similar to one of the anime-inspired houses in Sims Freeplay lol), while reducing the size of their bedrooms and imitate what it's like to live in a goshiwon (Korean small box units) after seeing this documentary.
Hence, the Wyvern Hall Overhaul.
Added a cafeteria so students living here or my zombieland saga girls can eat anytime they want (unfortunately, it's limited to microwave food and possible pizza they can order because stoves aren't allowed in dorms).
Added an exciting recreation area for the zombieland ladies to practice their Idol "hobby", as well as some of them to up their skills in other areas (i.e. Ai Mizuno in DJ skills, Saki in fitness).
